With the nutbag gang, the universal solvent seems to be some sort of energy pipeline, doesn't it? We heard it about Vietnam, we heard it about Kosovo, and now we hear it yet again. It is what makes the world go round, sort of like the grand unified theory of matter. This neocon doesn't like grand theories in general, and this one in particular is really quite pathetic.

It might be "pathetic" but the pipeline was dead and now it is a possibility again. The war against afghanistan has been planned for at least a year and was reported in June as a joint effort between the U.S. and Russia with aid coming from India.
