There were not any police at this event. The crowd was mostly trashy white people, I only noticed two people who may have been Cuban. I know the patriotism of the predominantly Cuban community in Miami is often called into question, however that was not an issue this night.

Incredible. While the peaceniks speak of peace and tolerance out one side of their mouth, they commence slapping and pushing peaceful counter-protesters around. It doesn't get any more hypocritical than that!

But, such is to be expected from the hanging chad rent-a-mob crowd.

Glad you made an impression Feerless. I'm unfortunate enough to have as my son-in laws father, a peace-nik middle aged college student. He attended this rally and sent the following out in an email to everyone he knows.
Hi, I arrived home from the demonstration tonight. The news media have ignored us and instead continue to focus there coverage in support of George Bush and his New War. Demonstrations were held in at least 38 states yesterday, chanting: STOP THE BOMBING! STOP THE WAR! and HEY! HEY! HO! HO! THIS RACIST WAR HAS GOT TO GO!
This guy is more than a little embarrassing considering his son is in the...well, he's in the service serving somewhere outside the country.
