First, all these journalists are being paid by both sides to spread information/disinformation, no matter how "reputable" their employer. Next, such news would be used by the ultra-left wing, extreme liberal media to call for a cesation of the bombing. OBL, himself, may have written and paid for the report from this news service.

But, these guys dead are not what we want; we need no more Muslim martyrs. We want them "diappeared" and in the hands of experienced therapist/facilitators who can help them find their inner self and make them spill their guts. I'm thinking Israelis, maybe some senior Argentines or some former Pol Pot folks. You know, healers and helpers. If both leaders were killed by the U.S., would the Taliban would want to divert credit from those kills and claim that their own men turned on them? If the Taliban turned on them, would they want to claim that the U.S. did it? Not that they are that media savvy, but the spin on their deaths would be important. Were they martyred or were they massacred?

Or are they just floating this story so that they can escape to new lives somewhere else?
