To NOT boo Hillary falls under this dictum: Qui tacuit consentire videtur. Celebrities are under the impression that they will ALWAYS be applauded. We should disabuse them of this notion. Rotten vegetables would also be a useful didactic tool. Two questions: What does that Latin phrase mean? (yeah, I could look it up myself, but I'm lazy. :)
