Hmmmm, lemme see....May 2000--yep, the GOP was still in control of the House of Representatives; as I recall the Honorable (ahem, ah, er) Henry Hyde was at the helm of this committee.

When, oh when, are the Amerikan people going to hold the feet of both parties to the fire? These bustards are too busy passing 'touchy feely' meaningless resolutions to honor this or that--so much of that crap, it appears, that it covers up reports like this!
As the article indicates, apparently the illegal aliens even try to avoid the illegal alien terrorists; therefore, we should be capturing the illegal aliens--at least long enough to ask them 'who the illegal alien terrorists are--and then let them go so the Border Patrol can go after the illegal alien terrorists.....or is that when they are supposed to call the FBI, or Der Fadderland Defense Forces...geeze, so much is happening now, ya just never know who to call!!!
1) A virulent ideology of self-hatred that has taken over our educational system and our mass media/entertainment.
2) Uncontrolled immigration from non-Western parts of the globe which have an unfortunate combination of exploding populations and crumbling economies.
Simply put, massive population growth is occuring in failed third world societies...and these people will do anything to escape and come to Western societies where Westerners have created stable republics with free, growing economies.
The West rose once before in the Classical period, only to be destroyed by a combination of social decay, bloated government, and mass migration by barbarians. It appears that the second rise of the West will meet the same fate.
However, this country can’t hold all the poor of all of Mexico, Central America, and South America. I think we should put pressure on the Latin countries to take better care of their own people.
Certain types of warning signs and fences can be put up on private property along the border that will help cut down on the places where these people enter, and more pressure should be put on our politicians to keep them out.
A lot of wealthy politicians in the Southwest like to see the poor immigrants come in because they will work in their factories and on their ranches for less than minimum wage. But this creates an increasing population problem. After a few years, the illegal immigrants don’t want to work for less than minimum wage any more, and they go after higher-paying jobs. That generates the need for additional new poor illegal immigrants who will work for less than minimum wage. Many of the rich Southwestern politicians make use of the illegal aliens for cheap labor. That’s one reason they haven’t done anything about the problem.
There are other reasons for political inaction. Southwestern Hispanic politicians want to see more Hispanics in America. Leftists and Communists want to see more “non-whites” in America.
Like I said--jail and asset forfeiture for those who HIRE the illegals, proof of citizenship for those seeking public assistance. This is one of those things where you have to attack demand side (by making the price tag of "cheap" labor too high for anyone with a sane neuron in his skull).
California 25%, New York 22%, Michigan 18%, Texas 18%, North Carolina 15%, Florida 18%, these represent just examples, I could go on and give you more. With this , they are picking the conservatives off one by one.
It started with Bob Dorman in 1992.
Like Mr. Helms, he knows he does not stand a chance of winning.
Most of them are Hispanics but there are a lot of them that are Moslims.
Which do not believe in a Christian America.
