Absolutely. The head of the chemical/biological research was profiled on 60 minutes a while back and she is a brilliant scientest. Very much a zealot, too, whichi is a scary combination. I remember watching it thinking, "Now that's one person the CIA outta take out."

I wonder how many of her manuals we'll find lying around the USA once this sorry mess is (mostly) cleaned up. If masses of it are this easy to cook up, it is being done stateside. Why bother smuggling in large quantities?
