The raising to taxes - any taxes - is PART of the problem, not the solution.

Sin Tax - is the "spanking" mother-Government gives us for not obeying and paying pentence to her.

Taxes is a "legal" protectionism and extortion racket.

Taxes are confiscated to feed the addictions of liberals...the addiction to power...and votes=power.

Taxes are for the re-distribution of wealth, to eventually equal the same-same atmosphere of socialism, destroy any incentive and ambition of the people, and to twart any attempt for the people to enjoy freedom.

So, I'll have to NOT agree with your "3rd solution"...sorry.
