The Curse of Al Gore has, sadly, come to Michigan. The NAACP has filed suit in Detroit claiming voter intimidation, and has requested that polls stay open longer tonight. The Michigan Republican Party is also complaining about the tactics of MoveOn.org — also over voter intimidation.
"Voter intimidation does exist in Michigan and it is Democrats that are practicing it," said MRP Executive Director Greg McNeilly. "With their black arm bands and menacingly positioned "check in" tables, John Kerry's field organization, MoveOn.org, is causing excessive damage to the integrity of this election.
