Can some one educate me about this publication called THE WEEKLY STANDARD, where did this publication come from, is it real conservative, and why Fox news always feature editors from that magazine?

The Weekly Standard is a Neo-Conservative magazine. I consider it, the National Review, the American Spectator, and American Enterprise all conservaitve, though they often differ in the details. Instead of worrying about what is or isn't conservative, I'd suggest reading articles and judging them on their own merits. Indeed, I'd suggest reading articles from all sides before making up your mind.
