GOD is our protection and source of strength. He is always ready to help us in times of trouble. So, we are not afraid when the earth quakes and the mountains fall into the sea. We are not afraid when the seas become rough and dark and the mountains tremble.
There is a river whose streams bring happiness to God’s city, to the holy city of God Most High. God is in that city, so it will never be destroyed. He is there to help even before sunrise. Nations will shake with fear and kingdoms will fall when God shouts and makes the earth move. The Lord All-Powerful is with us. The God of Jacob is our place of safety.
Look at the powerful things the Lord has done. See the awesome things He has done on earth. He stops wars all over the world. He breaks the soldiers’ bows, shatters their spears, and burns their shields.
God says, “Stop fighting and know that I am God! I am the one who defeats the nations; I am the one Who controls the world.”
The Lord All-Powerful is with us. The God of Jacob is our place of safety (Psalm 46).
FATHER GOD,
You are our refuge and our strength. A present help in times of trouble.
It is these times of peril and uncertainty that the knowledge of who You are calms our fear. You are GOD. You defeat the nations. You control the world.
As victors of this election make their hate-filled plans of revenge against President Trump and his family, ICE, and all who have upheld The U.S. Constitution and Your edicts, we put our trust in You.
Lord All-Powerful, God of Jacob is our place of safety. What can mere men do to us. Our lives are in Your hands.
Remember the remnant who have not faltered in the battle between good and evil that rages across our nation and in every continent. Turn what is meant for evil into good.
Bring justice to those whose election was stolen through cheating. Give the House and Senate courage to promptly pass the legislation that would have prevented U.S. from losing the majority.
Let President Trump complete his assignment to Make America Great Again. May this be a miracle, and may You be given the glory and the victory.
Protect us from natural disasters – floods, drought, earthquakes, storms, fire. May You say, “Peace be still.”
Turn the hearts of our enemies – here and abroad. Speak to them as they slumber and go about their days. May they know You as Lord and Savior. You are not willing for anyone to perish.
In JESUS name we pray. AMEN.
