This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)

FATHER GOD,

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart and saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. ~ Psalm 34:17-19

Early voting is in progress for national, state, and county legislators throughout the country. We rejoice in states whose citizens are overwhelming conservative, whose legislators can be relied on, whose economies are thriving and taxes are low.

Have mercy on those who live in blue states whose liberal legislators have super majorities in their General Assemblies. Many believers who live in blue states have spent a good portion of their lives campaigning for righteous candidates, but to no avail.

May this election cycle see righteous candidates placed is seats of authority. May 2026 see an overwhelming shift in power in Blue States.

Lord, expose those who cheat at the polls and justice be served. May the Republican Senate and House retain their majorities.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord. (Psalm 33:12).

May Holy Spirit fall upon voters as they cast their votes. Open their eyes to see candidates without bias and choose those who have the fear of the Lord.

Protect those in the way of the hurricane in Pensacola, Florida. Keep them and their property safe.

In JESUS Name we pray. AMEN.
