We almost lost my brother the other day. He was in a rehab facility & the nurse came in and coded him because blood pressure dropped to 45/20. My sister said about a dozen nurses & doctors that crashed the room to get him stable & called 911.
He’s fighting sepsis & a UTI and what it did to him is scary. I was in the hospital ER room when they were putting an IV in his arm & the nurse was holding it steady and he was screaming. I guess sepsis can be very painful. He also thinks the nurses & doctors are trying to kill him. He’s on day 2-3 of antibiotics so were hoping that will help normalize him. I had spent a day with him a week ago & had normal conversations with him all day.
My sister IM’d us this morning to say the pain has subsided but he’s still disoriented & they have a nurse in his room 24/7 to keep him from taking his IVs out. They want to transfer him to the hospital where his cancer doctor works at so she can keep close eye on him. She had bumped up his pain medicine 3-4 times in the past couple weeks.
Couple months ago, the cancer doctor said his immunotherapy should extend his life 2-5 years out but seeing how he is today, I can’t imagine the quality of life improving so I pray to understand God’s will because I know there’s a purpose. Thank you for the opportunity to vent.
Keep praying and believing.
A couple of months ago, a high school friend of mine had a large mass in her liver, which doctors believed to be cancerous. The doctors also suspected she had a heart condition. They sent her to Evansville for tests but she was turned away because of Nora Virus. The same thing happened in Vincennes. She ended up in a third location and contracted Nora Virus herself.
The doctors planned to go ahead with the tests because of her condition.
Meanwhile, many were praying for HOLY SPIRIT to flow through her body and wash clean as snow.
That night she had a vision of water flowing over her body. Then she saw a bright light.
In the morning the doctors found nothing wrong with her and sent her home.
Hallelujah. Healing is in the WORD.
