I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

Father, we praise You for protection and provision over the past week. Thank you for Your Word to encourage and guide us. Thank You that we can hear and see, walk and talk, and that we have health and strength.
Thank You for this day of rest You’ve given us… Your Holy Shabbat. And we pray You will be blessed by our observance of Your commandment. We know that You draw near to us as we draw near to You. Help us to be still and enjoy Your presence.
Thank You for life here in America. Thank You for President Trump. We pray for his protection, and for that of his family. We pray for You to impress on him to seek Your face and Your Word in all of his decisions. We lift our praises to you today for all that has happened over the last two weeks. So many things we’ve prayed for have come to pass:
Thank You for the confirmation of most of President’s nominees for his cabinet. And we pray that the remaining ones will be confirmed quickly.
Thank You for the information that has been revealed during the hearings. We have waited for a long time to see things come to light about the corruption in Congress and other areas of government. As the hearings go forward, we pray for strength, courage, and endurance for the nominees who are being grilled so mercilessly. We pray for those who watch the hearings to have opened eyes and ears to see the truth.
Thank You for the executive orders President Trump has signed this past week, especially the one on Friday: Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation. Father, please help the victims who’ve been lied to and damaged. Please, Father, open the eyes of the parents of these children/teens to the truth.
Many of the President’s executive orders are related to new immigration policies. Father, many people are affected by this. Those who are being and will be deported are upset, angry, and fearful. The media will paint President Trump as cruel and we pray for them. We pray that they will turn themselves in and so avoid further chaos. Help them to understand that some will be welcomed back when they enter our country legally.
Father, we pray that you will quell any and all chaos and violence from those who are angry and full of revenge. We pray for the illegal immigrants, the news outlets, and the Democrats in power. We pray for peace as we go forward in this time of change. Help us to remember this:
"Some trust in horses and some trust in chariots, but we will trust in the name of ADONAI."
Father, we are watching things change quickly and we are so grateful. We believe in President Trump’s mission to make America great again and pray for You to show us our part in that mission. Help us to take seriously our precious gift of citizenship and help us to do our duty as Americans.
Help us, Father, to also take seriously our privilege and duty in the spiritual war we are fighting. It is our duty to obey Your Word, and to use the weapons you’ve given us. We thank You for preserving Your Holy Word for thousands of years. We are so blessed to be able to hold it in our hands and to access it through marvelous technologies. Thank You.
Father, we lift our prayers to You in the name of Yeshua our Messiah, and we believe You hear us.

A wise voice on YouTube reminded viewers about the role *donors* play in influencing our leaders. I pray for righteous people of financial means — or people of financial means to behave righteously rather... That such individuals nudge the Congressmen they sponsor to swiftly confirm President Trump’s most contested nominees.
Re: RFK Jr…Surely LORD; there are people in our government who are battling health issues or who have/had loved ones confronted with the woes and pitfalls of our healthcare system. Please convict men and women on both the left and right to do the right thing.
