They have another agenda in mind than ministry. In my Church, those clamorers seem to view ordained ministry in terms of power, authority, and throwing their (often considerable) weight around rather than in terms of selfless 24/7/365.25 service to Our Lord and His Church.
To be fair, there are also males who exhibit this mistaken view of ordained ministry ...
