I was saved in the early 80s - at about 25 y.o.
The next day I went into a local Christian book store and bought my first study Bible - a Scofield Study Bible.
I was intrigued by dispensationalism as a way of dividing the Word literally, and seeing it as a way to “understand what God wanted mankind to know and how to faithfully respond to Him at various times - through faith.”
I also understand that it rejects “replacement theology” and takes a premillennial position re. Christ’s return. It generally takes a pre-Trib rapture position - and on that point, I have in a “wait-and-see” position.
I was happy to read that you call yourself a dispensationalist.
Over the years good people have argued against this perspective and I have listened but I’ve never been persuaded to leave it.
