A recent interview on Israeli radio featured prominent rabbis explaining that the Messiah is just about to reveal himself.
Rabbi Yaakov Zisholtz told religious broadcaster Radio 2000 that Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky (who passed away earlier this year) had told him that he (Kanievsky) was already in direct contact with the Messiah.
To understand why religious Jews are taking this seriously, it’s important to know that Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky was considered one of the two or three top rabbis of the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community in Israel.
And Rabbi Zisholtz says that Kanievsky and others of the mystical “concealed” rabbis had tasked him with informing the public of the Messiah’s imminent arrival.

There are a multitude of us who are in contact and fellowship with the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth daily. My contact with Him this morning was most assuring, as always.
There will be many that are called the Messiah in the last days.

I didn’t know Obama was in Israel.
Because the Messiah, Jesus, will be coming in the clouds with all of His Angela and with the voice of the Archangel to raise up.the dead and take the saved to Heaven.

I think you are missing the significance of this report.
It’s not a matter of if. It’s a matter of when.
Far too many signs are converging on this year (Jewish year 5783) being the beginning of the 7 year tribulation.
If top rabbi are truly reporting that they are having secret meetings with “THE MESSIAH”, and that he is about to be revealed to the public, then this is just yet another sign that we are in the last minutes of the last days of the age of Grace.
YES!... we know the real Messiah is coming for His bride, and not having secret meetings with rabbis in Israel.
We also know that the rapture takes place BEFORE that man of lawlessness is revealed. 2 Thes 2:3
I suppose I am too quick to dismiss it, since I have a specific view on how it is supposed to happen. In light of that, it is not impossible for Jesus to have individual meetings with pious rabbis to get them to get the Jewish people ready.
I was too quick to judge on that. This is not the first time that a modern day Rabbi might have met the Christ. Israel’s prophet, who died recently had said he had met the Messiah.
It could be true. I was speaking in light of not wanting people deceived.
As an aside, I am aware that Christ has been sending dreams enmasse to both Jews anduskims to give them overwhelming proof of who He is.

It's sad that Jews who've studied and know scripture have rejected or perverted OT scripture that reveal Jesus the Christ. They did the same to Jesus in Jesus' day.
Joseph is a type of Christ in the OT. In Egypt (gentiles) Joseph's brothers did not recognize their brother - the one they persecuted and abused until the day came when their eyes were opened. The day will come when Israel as a whole will recognize the one they rejected and cast out and they will weep. Just as Joseph loved and embraced the brothers who abused him - Jesus will weep with and embrace his children Israel - when they come to know Him.
