The Solomon’s Prayer

Then came
the Festival of Dedication
[Hanukkah]
at Jerusalem.

It was winter,

and Jesus was in the temple courts
walking in Solomon’s Colonnade.

Heavenly Father –

As we are in the middle of Hanukkah and winter is coming, may we look up during the dark days and remember:

As we move through the December holidays of Hanukkah to Christmas, may we remember all of God’s promises.

We appeal to God for deliverance. Not only from spiritual strongholds, but from ourselves. As spoken by poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow during the dark days of the Civil War:

Today, America as the candle on the hill is flicking and dying. May we look to the Greatest Light that never flags or fails.

May the Spirit convict us, grant us a heart of repentance, and fill us with His power to resist the advances of the evil one.

May the Holy Spirit spark revival and healing in our land.

In Jesus Name we pray,

Strike down these wicked individuals and institutions that blatantly and audaciously lie to the public about their true (evil) intentions while painting good people as the real enemy !

Heavenly Father:

We are in the midst of judgement for long-term sins, both of our own and that of our beloved country and our government.

For those of us that confess our sins and ask for revival, let us now examine both ourselves and our country biblically.

Let us identify and confess those sins that we were not aware of due to ignorance of the Bible, Your Word. Let us be good Bereans and study, and when we realize that we - and by inference, our country - have committed these sins, particularly those of the occult, let us now confess according to John 1:9 -

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”.

And also, to confess sins and ask forgiveness upon the behalf of others and our country, as Jesus did on the cross

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do”.

Also, we ask life and forgiveness for others and our leaders and our brothers and countrymen:

1 John 5:16a:

“16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death.”

Confessing now for our country that terrible sin of murder of children, in the womb and as babies now, of abortion. This abomination, thousands of times per day for fifty years now, millions of murders as sacrifices to Satan under the names of “gods”, Molech and Chemosh and others.

We confess. We repent. Forgive us, Lord. Cleanse us and our nation.

The terrible sins of witchcraft - Lord, not many know any more that witchcraft is an abomination to You, and that “Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft”.

If any person here remembers a show called “Bewitched”, they may remember that Samantha’s mothers’ name was “Endora”. This was deliberate. Lord, we confess rebellion. Most of need to confess and repent of some form of witchcraft, whether we know it or not.

Please help us to identify, confess, and repent of witchcraft, rebellion, sexual sins, and occult of any form. For us and our country. Help us to repent of it and forgive us for these sins, and those who are and have been in authority over us.

Help the people in authority over us. Convict them of their sins and need for a Savior. Send them witnesses, cause us to send them salvation materiel and bless them ultimately with salvation and repentance and just governance in this life, and eternal life in the next, with You.

Thus blessing this our nation, Lord.

In Jesus’ Name we pray, asking for all this.
Help us to ask righteously, according to Your will.
