You attack that which you do not understand...
No one says the Catechism is infallible...throughout the centuries the Church has always guided the faithful through the application of a catechism. The catechism guides, The Liturgy informs...

CCC1821 guides us in what scripture has always held:

This is good, and pleases God our Savior,
4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

That you want differently than what God wants and do not understand God is closer to your being than you are... that is your struggle for you... but not others who seek that knowledge of the truth.
And yet still, we are just playing with Christianity.... Barely scratching the surface of Christ’s commandments...the saints... those humans that fully get it - don’t share our vision of wrath and condemnation.... it no longer exists into their world once they fully accept to be washed in God’s love and mercy, there is no need for that anymore. We all fail to understand what St. Augustine learned... interior intimo meo et superior summo meo

Until we get that.... we flounder...

The most arrogant, condencending example of completely false mind-reading I have ever seen, Murph. That's downright calumny.

You may claim to be a Catholic, a modernist one albeit, but you definitely don't act like one.
