However, a visit to my blog would be much appreciated. And if you leave a comment on my blog I will reply.
Thanks for the post! I see Hebrews as written by Paul to prepare Jews (not gentiles) for the end of the age with the destruction of the Temple. Paul was key in providing a way for gentiles to gain full acceptance into the Body Of Christ, but he never gave up his adherence to the law. In Acts he states that “I am a Pharassee”. However, this option was soon to come to an end, so Paul has to provide a theological basis for “good Jews who have accepted Messiah” to move on after the Age of the Law. This - I believe - is the motive behind Hebrews.
I so many words you stated what I wrote
The Messiah *is* the Law. There's no substitute. He supersedes all claimants. So much so, it's his name.
I hope anyone reading will remember my post.
God Bless America.
I just discovered the audio feature on my computer . . . . clicked it on and listened away (it was a gal with a British accent). . . Thanks so much for the post!

We are studying Hebrews in my Women’s Bible Study. I’m enjoying it, and I’m learning quite a bit. I don’t think I’ve ever really studied it.
It’s one of my favorite books we’ve studied.
BUMP! Well done.
My daughter’s Bible Study is also studying Hebrews.
Chino Hills Calvary Chapel.
Perhaps that's because the human who transcribed it wasn't more important than who is TRULY the author - the Holy Spirit. "Holy men of God spoke as they were carried along/moved by the Holy Spirit." (II Peter 1:21)
Atsa longa read. Will finish it manana, if my eyes hold out.
Is that on a pc or Mac?
I learned more about the scripures a member of Calvary Chapel ministries than anywhere else
I was a deacon at Calvary Chico
We have since moved to Payette ID
Know I attend the church of the Nazarene, it’s like a block from my home
I agree, and that is why I lean towards Barnabas or Apollo’s
If it were Paul he would have said so to give the letter his personal approval for the readers to accept it
It was originally my Seminary term paper on the class on Hebrews I took a long time ago
I just reworked it, fixed some things that through the years I have come to understand better and made it fir a better read
So yes it’s long, but fir term papers i has a certain guideline to follow that determined it to be a certain length
I am glad I wrote it as long since it truly covered the things I needed to say to truly get my point across
PC . . I right clicked on the website page and saw the words Read Aloud with the speaker symbol and then the control + Shift + U. I just clicked on it.
” loose your salvation altogether” You might want to change this. I just remembered I noticed it when reading. . .make that reading and listening to your manuscript.
