Post Christian societies are much more resistant to repentance as it is much worse to see the Truth, and then deny it, than to never have heard the truth at all. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit comes to mind.

With “Christian” leaders like that, the battle is already lost.
First one in a while, but not the first one. 1700s there were no Christians at some of our major colleges, Harvard, Princeton. Mock Communion services. Burning Bibles. And you know what happened? The First Great Awakening.
