Restrictions are broken down into three color-coded categories
Hundreds of members of the Borough Park Orthodox community took to the streets Tuesday night defying orders to disperse and lighting a fire in protest of new state-mandated restrictions imposed on area synagogues, schools and non-essential businesses over a COVID-19 surge.
One large crowd huddled closely together at the corner of 50th Street and 15th avenue at about 9 p.m. as community activist Heshy Tischler ripped Gov. Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio over the order that shuts down schools completely and limits houses of worship to 10 people in certain COVID-19 hot spots.
Much of Borough Park is subject to those measures — the most restrictive — which also shutters non-essential businesses. The level of restrictions, broken down into three color-coded categories, are guided by coronavirus diagnosis data.

Are there NO powerful lawyers, in NY, willing to challenge this UNCONSTITUTIONAL and discriminatory lockdown???

Jews better fight these restrictions tooth and nail as it smacks of restrictions put on Jewish businesses and citizens leading up to WWII and the Holocaust. Memories of Kristallnacht rear their ugly head.
Get into the courts with this ASAP, do mass rebellion, keep the schools open, force DeBlasio and Cuomo to do mass roundups of Jews and throwing you in prison. Raise holy hell and do it NOW. Bad things will happen otherwise.
Fight, fight, fight this unholy alliance of the fascist dictators Cuomo and DeBlasio. I might add that Cuomo’s heritage as well as half of DeBlasio’s is Italian, where fascism first reared its ugly head in the person of Mussolini, and the other half of DeBlasio is his German heritage that produced Adolph Hitler. Maybe its a genetic part of their dispositions coming through. I’d hate to think that, but look at what the two of them are doing in the State of NY? In particular to the Jewish people in New York City. Those two are real sickos that belong either in jail or in a mental institution.
