He makes good points in this lamentation (i.e., lack of concern for the souls of islamists [a lack I share], the misguided prosperity gospel, complacency).
However, there is way too much blaming of the victims in this piece. Meanwhile, I pray for protection of Christians in this zone of Nigeria, and that I will somehow come to genuinely pray for the souls of the bloodthirsty islamists there.

Isn’t there something in the Bible about “God helps those who help themselves”? Perhaps some action and not just praying might help Christians.
They have become a bunch of cheek turners. If they want to protect and promote their beliefs they better bring back the Christian warriors against the islamists and the atheists or all their churches will end up like the Hagia Sophia.
