I think we’re in the midst of a false start by Satan. He thinks the time is now. But Luke 14:23 tells us there’s one last worldwide in-gathering of souls that needs to happen first. It will take about that much time for Israel to actually rebuild the temple and start the sacrifice.
It will all come down in a few decades I think, right after we all go UP along with the Holy Spirit!
Right now, our job is to restore the true Gospel of the Grace of Christ (Jude 3) which will usher in this great last worldwide awakening before Christ catches up his Church, the Holy Spirit leaves the earth, and the unimaginable begins.
Meanwhile, the Jews will try to re-institute the Mosaic Law which has been supplanted by the Covenant of the Grace of Christ which is what the Book of Hebrews is all about. Regardless, in the Daniel’s Seventieth Week - the unimaginablely horrific seven-year tribulation - the whole Nation of Israel will be saved. However, except for the 1/3 remnant who will be hiding in the mountains of Petra, all will be slaughtered by the “man of sin” - the “beast”. But hallelujah they will be saved.
So this and many other things surround the imminent rebuilding of the temple and the resumption of the sacrifice are clear signs the end is near - in a few decades IMO. IMO, this, the 21st Century which is also the beginning of the Seventh Millennium, will be the most astonishing century ever seen with
- Jesus catching up his Church to Heaven,
- Daniel’s horrific seventieth week (Revelation Chapt 4-19), and
- Jesus triumphant return to earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords to reign from Jerusalem of 1000 years with his Church .
I believe the century will end with Jesus, the Price of Peace ruling the world from Jerusalem with us his Church as kings and priests. Wow. What a time we are living in..
I had just read this link brother, amazing that you posted it.
Jim - according the Temple Institute and many Jewish supporters, the 3rd Temple can be built in a very, very short time. Some even say a matter of weeks. The materials have already been gathered. The implements are all ready. The red heifers are in their stables. The altar has already been dedicated (and that was a public ceremony). The priests, who have their lineage traced back to Aaron, are already trained and outfitted.
In ancient times, the temple construction took years and decades.
It won't be that way this time. Not only can modern construction race forward, the Jews are vastly aware that a long, drawn out building schedule will be subject to international pressure, political second guessing, and Muslim terrorism.
They will sprint towards its completion. It doesn't even have to be as grand or elaborate as the 2nd Temple. It simply must satisfy the requirements of the Torah.

It’s a good topic for Bible Study.
The debate rages on with that one, but because God makes us individually different, I would surmise that it’s differing ages for each individual.
Jewish Tradition refers to this time of personal responsibility as the Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah. The father of the child is no longer responsible for their behavior and they now report directly to The Lord for their deeds. 13 for boys, 12 for girls.
Just my thought and I could definitely be wrong.
I sincerely pray for those children who do such evil things and don’t realize it.

Even if you could start everyone on exactly equal footing in what they have and how much money they have, within a year, some will make a lot and some will be bankrupt.
It's not a matter of people not having enough. It's a matter of what people do with what they have.
Some are responsible and prosperous, and some are not. And then there will be rich and poor, all over again.
I used to hang out with a few guys who lived in the divorced single-mom situation. Mom worked looong hours, dad was legally barred except every other weekend... anyway... I was somewhat taken aback when I realized that the mom’s actually believed that they were in control. The children (HS and COLLEGE) were full on wide open, they were very booksmart smart, but absolutely lawless.
