As someone who does not let a year go by without reading every word of the Bible at least once, I will declare that expression is not found in the authorized version or any version I'm familiar with. Of course, if you conflate unrelated passages, some very peculiar doctrines can be cobbled together that are clearly contrary to the will of God, but as such it's not biblical. Now, here's a seldom quoted verse that does appear. In Psalm 15, describing the one who shall be saved, king David said in verse 4, "In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the Lord" (NKJV).
So Mr. Robinson can continue down the rabbit hole of perversion all he wants. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
