Heavenly Father God, Lord, we thank You for all the love, the mercy and the blessings poured upon our lives. Thank You for the gift of faith, that You have placed in our hearts, that we may know that You are the Only True and Living God. We especially thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ, and in His name we do pray.

As He has rescued us through our baptisms, confirmations and the Eucharist, may He rescue our countrymen who want their freedom to be centered in Him; in turn, may their votes save our Constitution. Thank you, dear SisterK, for your sabbath day prayer!
