Are we about to see World War 3 erupt in the Middle East? Over the past several days, Israel has attempted to prevent attacks by Iranian forces and their allies by striking targets in Syria, Gaza, Lebanon and Iraq.
As you will see below, political leaders in both Lebanon and Iraq are now accusing Israel of a "declaration of war", and Hezbollah is pledging to strike Israel back extremely hard.
Of course if a full-blown war erupts between Israel and one of her neighbors, it is likely to become a multi-front war almost immediately.
But at the core, this is a conflict between Israel and Iran. The Iranians have repeatedly pledged to wipe the nation of Israel off the face of the planet, and the coming "final war" is going to literally be a matter of life or death for those two nations.
Both sides have been preparing for this "final war" for a very long time, and once it fully erupts the death and destruction that we will witness will be off the charts.

Kind of a pointless article. It didn’t even bother tying the current situation back to actual Biblical prophecy. There are a couple of wars still to come involving Israel. Which one do they think this is and why? Who knows, the article doesn’t say.
Wars are, at their core, about economics. Iran was significantly stronger economically before Trump than it is now. Iran is desperate to feed its population and the current leadership isn’t insane. If they went to war it would mean almost instant mass starvation, which would certainly remove the present government from power.
Looking at another perspective, almost all of Iran’s forces are too short a range to engage Israel. They have thousands of speed boats and dozens of tiny submarines, none of which are a threat to Israel. Iran’s fighters and bombers would need to cross over other nations that would certainly take a shot or two at them. A few missiles won’t do the job and are likely to be shot down anyway.
The attacks on Israel are being carried out by a group within the government that is not beholden to the government. The government has little or no power over the revolutionary guard and they are the ones conducting the warlike actions in Syria and targeting Israel. We will see the government and the revolutionary guard conduct a civil war before we see the actual nation of Iran try to take on the Israelis.
The Iranian government created a Frankenstein’s monster in the revolutionary guard. It will be they who contain it, not Israel. (Israel could, but it is much better that Iran slay the monster they created and that must happen if they don’t want to starve in the dark.)

As I understand it, Iran has proxies Hezbollah, and actual military units in Lebanon and Syria. Will Iran brave the Israeli Air force to supply them, and/or attack Israel proper? 6 Day War all over again.

Yeah they are called the swamp, war mongers and neo cons, and others who got us into the Iraq War. Those who did need prosecuted as traitors. I’ve lost all interest in protecting the Middle East. They need to protect and work out their own issues themselves.
Actually, this war, whenever it happens, is Iran and her allies (Turkey, Russia, Libya and others) attacking Israel.
Israel doesn’t go out to attack them. They appear to be caught by surprise.
Hard to say when this happens but Iran and Russia are already operating in Syria. Some have said Turkey is there too (but I haven’t seen much about that - other than one reference to it).
Israel can destroy Hexballah in five minutes and Iran in under an hour.
