There are a number of former Roman Catholics on these forums though. They have left Roman Catholicism for Christianity.

There are many differences between Protestants and Catholics...but at the heart of it, is a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Perhaps you might tune out the Catholic bashers and listen to Catholic radio or ask questions of a Priest. Education does a lot to eliminate prejudices and there is no question that there is prejudice against Catholics from Protestants.

They have left Roman Catholicism for Christianity. Not this former Evangelical. At the age of 58 after going from one evangelical church to another for 40 years I read everything I could get my hands on about the history of Christianity. Christ started one church and it was the Catholic Church. Anyone that that knows how to read and has an open mind if they study the history of the church its Catholic.
