She should walk the streets of San Francisco, barefoot.
I have no idea who this gal is. The website sounds like they are bashing her and Trump.
If she is a Christian and the Holy Spirit is in her - then her body is holy ground - a temple. So God/the Holy Spirit does go into the dry cleaner, the White House, etc.
It doesn’t remain Holy Ground though.
10 of the apostles left died as martyrs. John lived a long life and died a natural death.
Word of Faith movement. Jesus ceased to be God on the cross and became “born again” by the father at the resurrection. Therefore when a believer is born again they become a God as well. They also teach that Adam was a little God before the fall and that was why he had the authority to name the beasts of the Earth.
I agree with your statement...I understand how someone could allude to the fact of holy ground since once you are saved God is within you and our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit according to God’s word, but the way she says it is going to get her nothing but ridicule.
“They also teach that Adam was a little God before the fall and that was why he had the authority to name the beasts of the Earth.”
Our mainstream pastor talks about how we will have work to do in heaven. But it will be enjoyable work - not the miserable work that is a result of the fall of Adam and Eve.
“One of the first things God did was put Adam to work! Naming all of the animals. But just think how cool that would have been!”
Thank you for your clarification of the prosperity gospel. I have not heard it clarified as well. There is hubris in her words predicated, as you have shown, on the hubris in her doctrine. This is not Biblical and stands in opposition of the teachings of Christ. Prosperity gospel is not Christian. Man is not God nor can he become God.
The indwelling of the Holy Spirit is certainly transformative but it does not turn the believer into the presence of God. The Holy Spirit may be seen in the life and actions of a believer but that believer is not God or even God-like.
Let God be God and man be man.
I understand the qualms about the prosperity gospel milieu Ms. White apparently hails from ...but in the interactions I have observed and reflections she has shared with regard to the president and White House...I havent found anything she has said or prayed offensive.
Imperfect though we are, we are vessels of the Holy Spirit in a spiritual battlefield. The battle is not against flesh and blood, but the spiritual forces of darkness. Through Christ we are called to wage war against such forces and take authority in His name.
It is important to explain the humility needed along with the message
Her teachings are non-Christian. The prosperity gospel is antithetical to Christianity.
More so, for a pastoress to be on her third husband (and she being his fourth wife) is, well, not quite on...
I now understand the phrase: Holy Mollie
That's blasphemy right there.
So this is where one would insert that photo of her and Benny Hinn leaving a motel room holding hands. They work for the Father of Lies.
I seem to recall the late Elizabeth Clare Prophet making statements like that, and by the time she passed, nearly everyone had realised just what a complete fruitcake she really WAS.
Is she the on who’s on Trump’s religious advisor team — who did the invocation at the Orlando rally?
Everywhere I walk is Holy, in spite of me being there.
The extent to which you hold on to the prosperity gospel, you will never enter Heaven. It’s like holding on to a sack of gold and trying to swim.
It’s like trying to hold on to fear and Love at the same time. It’s not possible.
True prosperity does not come from earthly possessions.
1 Corinthians 14:34 King James Version:
“34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.”
I believe in the truth in John 14.
If Christ is in me, then I am in Christ.
And My Father that is in Christ is in me and I am in My Father.
It’s just as Jesus spoke when He came out of the wilderness....”My Father and I are One.”
Unless you have experienced this, it is very difficult to understand as the experience is truly beyond words of description.
