I abandoned the Catholic church 40 years ago.
Even as a teenager in the 1970’s, I could see the hypocrisy. I saw all of the gilded priests and gilded parishioners in the pews. It was laughable.
And then came the pedophilia/homosexual charges against the priests.
I was done then.
I’d rather hear Dr. Stanley at the First Baptist Church of Atlanta than listen to another fake homily in a Catholic church.
You are your own infallible guide and decision maker. If things are not as you want them, you throw it out according to your own subjectivism and relativism.
Best wishes for all eternity. When you die, explain to God how he is supposed to do things according to you; put God straight. In heaven there is room for only one God, not two!
