Catholics praying Hail Mary removed from (Cath) Cathedral during "Reformation Celebration"

Catholics praying Hail Mary removed by Police from Brussels Cathedral during "Reformation Celebration"

It must be one of the most shameful episodes of our shameful hierarchy of atrocious bishops.

In Brussels Cathedral, the 500 years of the hideous acts of heresiarch Luther were celebrated. What did a small group of serious Catholics do? They pleaded Our Lord for forgiveness, by invoking the aid of Our Lady in the Ave Maria.

The result? These brave Catholics were forcibly removed from the Cathedral by the Police, certainly called by Cathedral staff

Removed. By the Police. For praying to Our Lady. In a Catholic church. Video below:

Bravo to them! Bravo to these victims of Vatican II! God bless them!

... guess blessed Mary can’t hear prayers after all.

... or she’s down with the Reformation, now that she’s gotten to know Father Luther in heaven!

They were not silently praying but instead were disrupting the event and it looks to me that this was their intent.

I appreciate their feelings at a Protestant event taking place in a Catholic Cathedral and I admire their peaceful but insistent protest.

Now they have to maturely accept the consequences of that protest.

Gee, why is anyone surprised. Neither side agrees with the other and that will never change.

Or the faithful simply must share in the suffering of Christ, as Our Lord promised and as His blessed Mother herself manifested as was said by the prophet: (Luke 2:35) "Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also, that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed."

How people respond to this thread is certainly revealing.

That was not very ecumenical to disrupt a sanction event. I thank them for their honesty so I know where they stand.

A protestant event sanctioned in a Catholic cathedral.

Of course it was their intent. They are faithful Catholics. Do you even know what Reformation Sunday is about?

These are the St. Lambert's cages in Munster. 480 years the mutilated bodies of Anabaptists who had been horribly tortured to death by Lutherans were displayed in them. They prayed as they were gutted alive, but I guess nobody was listening? Or maybe we all know that prayers aren't dollars into a vending machine and you're just being an asinine troll?

A protestant event sanctioned in a Catholic cathedral.

I infer that Protestants did not enter the cathedral uninvited to have their event "Reformation Celebration". I also inferred the reason those who administer the cathedral property did so to advance ecumenism.

If your pastor invited muslims into your church in order to behead an adultress, would you not protest?

But not as anti-Catholic as Pope Francis.

Doesn’t sound like they were suffering. Sounds like they disrupted an event on private property and were removed.

And that Mary ignored them, or she couldn’t hear them, or she supports the Reformation.

In before “eagleone” starts bashing Catholics praying to Mary....

That reminds me. I need to stop at my local Catholic church soon and fix that.
Although I have not been in a Catholic church since it was taken over by the internal AND external pervert industry...
