The correct way to express that date is A.D. October 13, 99,999,999.

"AD" should actually come after the month and the day but before the year (June 6, AD 2017). But since I used such a high number for the year, I followed the popular practice of putting it afterwards ("Way Back in 1939 AD") to minimize confusion.
