Biblically, animals have no soul. In the absence of which, they cannot judge Good and Evil. Failing that distinction, they can lay no claim to a morality that is anything but learned behavior.

Can you provide the Biblical passages in support of this?

Read Genesis. God created Man in His image. He created the animals to serve Man, NOT in His image. It is unlikely that God would demand Men sacrifice animals with souls to honor him, as much of the Old Testament dictates. It is unlikely God would call for the murder of soulful creatures in ritual. Nor is it likely He would create a class of beings to be the servants and playthings of another class of beings.

If you're trying to argue that animals have souls, please feel free to cite your biblical authority for that argument.
