Someone on an earlier thread posted that TX does not have gender-ID bathrooms for kindergarten. Each classroom has a bathroom for that classroom. (I don’t know whether this is true.) If true, seems the mother is trying to gin up attention for other motives than to protect her son from having to pee in the boys’ room.

And the individual bathrooms are one-seaters — from my experience in subbing in such classes.
So is there really a problem or is the mother nutz?
