Yet Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, the Kennedy family and many other abortion supporters are in good standing, I assume?

... and the penalty for attempting ordination, without permission of the bishop and without meeting the necessary criteria, is excommunication. So not only is Ms. Walker NOT a Catholic priest, she is no longer a member in good standing of the Catholic Church. Not to mention shoving a big, old middle finger into the face of God.

The Bible says no, so I’m not going to question it. Anyone who would want to go that route should consider carefully, because the Bible also says priests are subject to greater condemnation (and in the presence of God who among us is not at heart like something small and furry?).
Women can be Christian Apologists (at least Protestants can, don’t know about Catholics).

No, but she hasn’t been excommunicated, has she? Of course, with this new Pope she may serve time on a task force or blue ribbon commission or the like.

Regarding the appeals to authority in the above article (which has a tone not dissimilar to a wet hen), the Bible is all the authority you need.
Speaking of which, letting priests marry would be a good thing to do.

St. Mark Hope and Peace Lutheran Church. What the heck is a supposedly Catholic ceremony doing in a Lutheran Church?

“Heres the thing, though: WOMEN CANT BE PRIESTS.”
No problem. “Priest” isn’t a New Testament office for the church. Every single believer in Christ is referred to as a priest.

Cardinal Daniel DiNardo opened up his Catholic Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Houston to allow a female Methodist “bishop” ordain a female “priestess”.
It’s called reciprocal ecumania.

Bridget Mary Meehan, who imagines herself to be a bishop, used the opportunity during her homily to scold Pope Francis. In my view, she said, our beloved pope needs some strong feminist friends to help him transform his chauvinistic view.
Why do people often seem to accuse others of being what they are?

No, but she hasnt been excommunicated, has she? What does this have to do with a woman claiming to be an ordained catholic priest?

What, exactly, is a priest? Is it someone with powers? Is it someone that God ranks as special in any way?
Maybe a priest is simply someone that has studied the words of God and provides education of those words and guidance to adhere to them? If so, why can’t it be a woman?

Good thing Catholicism doesn’t have a Goddess then. What does your church do about women who want to be priestesses?
