Helping people, praying for people, ministering to people, caring for people, being involved in peoples lives, making a difference in peoples lives, helping people successfully put their past behind them and live productive lives.... all of this is good.... but marrying people is something completely different. In my opinion .... marriage between a man and a woman is not an outreach program.

So marriage should only happen between a man and woman who are deemed suitable by those around them rather than by the love they share? Seems to me, this young man practices what he preaches. Are her past sins any more severe than his?
