Where do you get the idea that Catholic pray to Mary?

Not so.

We ask HER to pray for us.

Mary’s last words in the Bible: “Do whatever he tells you.” She always glorifies her Son, Jesus Christ.

Where do you get the idea that Catholic pray to Mary? Not so. We ask HER to pray for us.

This is the manner of intellectual dishonestly that brings scorn upon RC posters. You deny that you pray to Mary, yet there are multitudes of prayers to Mary, including "You are our Mother and our inspiration. Hear our prayers and answer us."

Where do you get the idea that Catholics do not pray to Mary, except by misconstruing what making requests, supplications and beseeching Mary is.

They had no problem with praying to Mary.

And no wonder as more is said about Mary (as if she is a diety)

 “Since Mary is ‘Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and our hope,’ , ‘mourning and weeping in the vale of tears,’ and place ourselves and all that is ours confidently under her patronage.” (Pius XII: Mediator Dei, November 20, 1947.) — [p. 25, no. 71]

“With equal truth it may be said that of the great treasury of all graces given to us by Our Lord—for grace and truth came by Jesus Christ—nothing comes to us except through Mary’s mediation, for such is God’s Will.
