Isn’t this more a “Catholic position” rather than a “Catholic Word” thread ?

Three words equals one word ... OK .. literary trinitarianism.

knarf to Salvation
In a large bowl
2 cups water
2 very ripe bananas
4 eggs
1 stick butter (I never use oleo)
1 cup of powder milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 heaping tblsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup whole pecans

mix it all up and nuke it till it melts the butter enough to constitute and raise the temp for the yeast (not too hot of course)

This is also when I preheat my oven to 350

1/3 cup auto bread maker yeast

I put 6 cups of flour in to start and get it to where I can turn it out on a board

This is when I brush butter and flour 6 of those 3 1/2 X 7” aluminum bread pans.
(Buttering and flouring makes the bread drop right out and those pans last forever with care)

gradually add flour until I have that not too sticky/not too dry consistency.

I form a pie about 12” across and 2 or so inches thick and slice in half, and each half into thirds ... easiest way I’ve found to make six equal pieces.

I knead these just enough to form a tube I can lay in the pan and form to the sides.

Brush tops with butter and sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mix

Shut off oven, put in for about 2 hrs to rise

Bake at 350 1hr, 15 min (at my elevation)... (sometimes an hour and 30)

There’s only ONE way to eat this bread ... sliced medium, toasted and buttered with coffee.

You’ll roll over and go back to sleep as satisfied as if you had just ...

never mind

enjoy.
