The University of Regina is going to great lengths to help its Muslim students avoid doing the same when washing for on-campus prayer sessions.
The university has installed “foot-baths” in a public washroom at its Riddell Centre, in order to allow Muslim students — many of whom pray numerous times a day, and wash themselves beforehand — to clean their feet in a way that isn’t awkward and difficult through a use of regular sinks.
“I’ve seen them do it. It’s tough for them,” Nathan Sgrazzutti, president of the U of R Students Union, said on Tuesday of the troubles that many of the more than 700 practising Muslims at the campus had experienced when preparing for prayers.
“We’re showing our ability to cater to their needs.”
Two foot-baths, resembling large sinks with seats, are in a men’s washroom following their installation earlier this summer at what university spokesman Dale Johnson said was a total cost of about $35,000.
“I haven’t been in the women’s washroom, but I’m under the understanding it’s in both,” Sgrazzutti said, lauding the U of R’s administration for its efforts to assist Muslim students from Regina and those who have come to the campus from other countries.

I guess Christians can pray there too right? Oh forgot, Christians don’t need to call attention to themselves when they pray. They are taught to do it in secret; in closets or private places where they can pray to God without worrying what other people might think and do so honestly and openly. My bad..,

Animals,, washing their feet in the sinks. This is Canada, but its disgusting that we have imported so many of them too. Probably the very worst crime of Bush against freedom was to increase moslem immigration to the USA 5 fold.
Are there separate toilets for those undergoing a sex change operation? Gotta cater to everybody, you know!
Syracuse University has muslim foot washing stations in Hendricks Chapel.
And there’s a mosque just down the street from there to boot.
Both things torque me.
Just toss in a handful of bacon bits every time you pass by.
Mosems are on a different wavelength than normal people; their thoughts, perceptions, and desires are formed by their total immersion in islam and ignorance and avoidance of any real interaction with the non-moslem world....and when there is interaction it is to change our world to theirs.
Most moslems are oblivious to or misinformed about what exists beyond the narrow confines of islam....... They are little more than ultra-fanatical rubes with severe tunnel vision...who are determined to inflict their standards on American Society and any other country they invade.
This is another example of “stealth Jihad” and Americans are yielding to it.

If Muslims represent a large enough customer base, it makes sense. Who wants their feet in the sink where you wash your face and hands.
Religious tolerance does not mean abdication to their religion.

So that they do not wash their feet in the regular sinks.
Good useful addition to the facilities. Footbaths for the Muzzies, floor-level urinals for everybody else.
Why don’t they install Bacon Vending Machines, and thin out the herd????
As good kufr, every non muslim should wash his/her feet in one of these footbaths in the presence of a muslim. They can’t reserve the use of them for Muslims only and, as Muslims believe that kufr are unclean, our use of the footbaths would spoil them for the musselmen. You’ve heard the expression ‘voting with one’s feet’? This would be an example of that.
Somewhere to take a dump when all other stalls are full. Why waste perfectly good bacon to pollute the footbaths?
Jews and Christians need not apply for their needs.
Minnesota State University at Mankato installed Muslim foot baths in the student union building in 2008. Needless to say the ACLU said nothing about the separation of church and state.
