ANTIOCHENE THEOLOGY
The dominant theology of the early Church in Antioch. It was generally in contrast with and sometimes opposed to the theology of Alexandria. Its underlying philosophy, favoring the historical rather than the speculative, was from Aristotle (384-322 B.C.). In Christology it stressed the humanity of Christ, sometimes to the extreme of denying the hypostatic union.

While this is true, it was not the theology of the early 'Church' but the early 'church' where disciples were first called Christians...This theology was responsible for the Centuries long movement called the Great Reformation...
And that theology is carried on today thru the King James Bible while the Alexandria, Egypt, Africa theology became the theology of the Catholic religion...
