I haven’t been a practicing Catholic for quite some time. But after seeing the Holy Father today, I am sure the church is in good hands. I look forward to the changes to come.
God bless you. I was anxious about this conclave, so my relief at its outcome is complete. When Pope Francis spoke this afternoon, I was at peace.

I agree. I left the Church years ago, but I appreciate my Catholic school education and what Catholic hospitals, schools, and universities do in this country.
It seems that the new Pope will keep the Church on the straight and narrow and not given in to the extremists.
