Isn’t the Baltimore Catechism from 1949, which is pre-VaticanII? Are these items still sanctioned as part of the current dogma?

The Second Vatican Council abrogated nothing that was part of the Deposit of Faith. Really bad people involved in the council (and there were many) wanted the faithful to conclude that everything had changed. This is the oft heard "Spirit of Vatican II."
