Exactly. And a mother’s immune system doesn’t recognize the fetus as part of her either...which is why there’s a barrier between it and the baby.
Her *own body* says the baby’s not part of her body.

These are good points about the DNA of the mother and the baby being different. But the argument of he baby being a different person would still be true even if the baby were (God forbid) a clone of the mother: a laboratory duplicate inserted into her womb.
This is because EVEN IF the baby were a genetc clone, all babies still have their cells, tssues, organs and systems. Like an indentical twin: same genme, different phenome. One twin can't simply take claim to another twin's skin or lungs or liver --- can't moally confiscate them --- simply because their DNA is the same. And is one idetical twin allowed to kiil the other?
