The St. Benedict Medal cured this sheepdog of a cruel wound

It looked like my sheep dog had been attacked with a sword. There was a gaping wound on the side of her back and the skin was curling around it in grey cuffs. Thank God, no one called the animal rights activists! But how on earth had this happened?

Later I found out that while my father had been cooking at the stove, our sheepdog Polly had darted at him, started rounding up his legs (like my Dad was a sheep…) and Dad lost the grip on a pan which fell with its contents on Polly.

Polly had scarpered into some bushes and was feverously licking her wound. A trip to the vet, expensive treatments and a dog collar to keep her from attacking her wound… But some weeks later it was no better. She was still not eating, and had a type of doggy depression. And her duties were falling by the wayside! Polly is a ‘working dog’ in that she ‘looks after’ my brother who has autism. If he finds himself in difficulty, she alerts someone to come to his aid. Literally, Polly will go to one of my parents, bark in ‘that way’, round them up by twirling around their legs and lead them to my brother.

The vet told us that it would take a lot of time and that the fur would never grow back. I remembered reading that the St. Benedict medal had cured a variety of animals – instantly – from various ailments. Grudgingly and a bit sceptical, I put the St. Benedict Medal next to her wound and then (I’m not sure if this is kosher) I attached it to her collar.

The next day I could hardly believe my eyes. It was like healing balm had come over the wound, it was almost better! She was eating bowls of food and joyfully bounding up to me. Why hadn’t I taken before and after photos? Had I believed that the St. Benedict’s medal would help my darling little dog, I would have taken pictures of the wound. The fur grew back in parts, but there is still a bald patch and the skin is very off-colour. Polly doesn’t seem to notice!

Awesome! I believe dogs were one of the kindest gifts given to man. The Muslims tend to think very little of dogs which is tells you something important right there. Never trust a country where they don’t enjoy a good drink or a good dog. I love that the divine energy cured the dog.

In my life I said a prayer on a painful knee from a dog tripping my steps down the stairs. I was healed of the pain with the St. Benedict Medal next to the knee as I prayed to Christ's aid with St. Benedict for prayers in Heaven, I thanked God then instantly healed.

Dogs are ka-ka to many cultures and faiths. Granted those cultures ain't got NO class. Some cultures even EAT dogs. That would be the Chinese. Many of them eat dog and don't tolerate alcohol well AT ALL. Imagine, 1.3 billion people who don't tolerate booze well AND think dog is an appropriate creature to eat.

I think that dogs and Western culture melded into a WONDERFUL combination, don't you?

You should see us on Good Friday, carrying a cross, fondling circular strands of beads, chanting, processing around the church.

And get a load of us on Easter! Our churches are decorated to the nth degree!!!! We actually think that Easter is the MOST important holy day of the year....MORE so than Christmas. Wow, talk about confusing for non-Catholics.

And those little booths where people go in and confess sins to some guy with a purple ribbon around his collar. So what if Christ told Peter that whatever he loosed/bound on earth would be loosed/bound in heaven. So what if "confession" has O.T. roots?!

So what if healing and laying on of hands is hopelessly O.T. as well? Silly ole Catholics, harking back so incessantly to the O.T. roots. \

That prayer, the "Hail Mary," even though it quotes the New Testament, I MEAN, asking Jesus' mother -- "Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and the hour of our death. Amen." How silly and foolish of us to even THINK that Mary, a simple Jewish woman, would have such ... well, never mind, you get the drift.

And, of course, NO Catholic is ignorant, unlettered, stupid and chock-full of stupid non-Catholic/Christian customs. Well, he shouldn't be! After all, since he's Catholic, he should know ALL about his faith, every last detail about everything. Right, of course right. (Fiddler on the Roof)

AND, to top it all off, IMAGINE going back to the O.T. roots for the custom of asking the king's mother for favors from her son, the king??? SOOO O.T.! I suppose being Protestant you never, ever ask anyone in your congregation or anyone in heaven to pray for you or your loved ones, sick or in trouble.

My dog went deaf a year or so ago and recently went blind, I have put her in the hands of St Francis but would sure like to know where to get a St Benedict medal...I have told her Jesus didn’t make her deaf, so she can start hearing again, I know it sounds stupid, but when I had the farm I would sit with the goats and tell them God made them and they were good. When I would talk to one specifically they would look me straight in the eye....weird maybe,but I had a great flock....What is a St Benedict Rosary?

This is a St. Benedict rosary. I have one with medal in center and in under behind Christ on the little crucifix attached at end.

I would do spirit warrior prays then would have sometimes nightmares. Must have been effective. The enemy hates effective prayers. But since wearing the St Benedict medal in bed no bad dreams only uplifting. Very Powerful. What I think makes this powerful is one of the living prayers on the medal.
