The real question is why does Jesus change Simon’s name to rock? Why does Jesus call Simon rock if the rock Jesus meant is that of Himself or of Peter’s faith?
God renamed people to give them a new purpose or identity. Peter was to be a steady influence and a firm source of the gospel to the Jewish people. Yet Jesus called him Simon at times after that to remind him that he wasn’t living up to his new responsibilities.
What will we stand in judgement for when we stand before Jesus?
Depends on which judgment you are talking about. The white throne judgment or the bema seat judgment? And, why will we be judged then, if we have already attained eternal life through our faith?
All saved people will be “judged” on what they have done for Christ and some will get more rewards than those who didn’t do all they could for Christ.
And, what does Jesus mean here? King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. John 5:29 Good is believing on the Lord Jesus as the only source of salvation. Evil is to remain in sin and not have the blood of Jesus cleans us of all sin. Good is keeping God as the only true God, Evil is to put something else before God in our desires.
If we are to be judged “one day” by God, the day of our death or the day of the Lord, for what will we be judged? If we have been once and for always saved by our faith in Jesus, why will we face judgment either upon our death or when the Lord returns?

Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard......encompasses my thoughts on it. We cannot imagine what is in store for us in heaven, how could we determine what saints are capable of while in the presence of God?
We can only use scripture as a guide which tells us that contact with those who have left this earth is an abomination.
Remember that when Jesus died, the dead rose from their graves. Where did they go?
