The only desperation is from those who are desperate to believe that what God said is going to happen really won't happen because if it does, they are doomed.

Contrary to the most fervent wishes of some, the numbers in the article aren't the issue. The issue is that God said that there would be a one-world economic system that involved the number 666 and we see secular voices calling for a system involving the number 666 that they believe will fix the world's economy.

The fact is, to the dismay of many, is that we are living in the time when Jesus Christ will return. And, to further the panic of those who wish to convince themselves that the Bible is a book of fables, the time that God gives man for forgiveness and salvation is rapidly dwindling.

That's the real issue, and the fact that there are many who don't like it could not be more irrelevant.

it could be today. i oppose these false doctrines about a 7 year tribulation and national Israel, etc, etc.

the evidence Jesus is at the door, is the falling away from the Church. the two witnesses are dead and the world is rejoicing!!

I don't need to go around making up things to rationalize my far fetched theories.

God will come in His own time. Of that I am certain.

I just don't look at silly coincidences (666.79) and act like it's another clear sign that the end is near. It just makes the real truth look foolish.

The 'counting' of the '666' is Written after chapter 4 in the Book of Revelation. I have been repeatedly told that the 'church' is not even here when everything after Chapter 4 takes place. God never said or had any of His elected prophets write down that He intends to send Christ to collect anybody. This earth is where God says He intends to set up His final kingdom. And Christ said there were some things that need be first.

Who does the number 6 represent? Say like the number 5 represents 'grace', the number 4 represents this earth and flesh. Number 7 is spiritual completeness, number 8 is 'new beginnings', etc. We are given 7 seals, 7 trumps, and 7 vials. What is said in the 6th seal, 6th trump and 6th vial? There is where the instructed 'counting' explains the rise and fall of the liberals 'new world order', and they are also referred to as God's army in Joel.
