What do you all think of this for urban centers in wealthy countries?
I think something like this needs some care to preserve proper reverence for the Blessed Sacrament. I am not sure how this squares with liturgical law, involvement with the local bishop, etc.
But… if those things can be worked through…
Does this fit with the New Evangelization?

About Extraordinary Form "dialogue" Mass.
My first thought was, why not a Eucharistic Procession, with Knights of Columbus, a canopy, the Priest and servers in full dress, and the rest, while the people follow along and sing traditional songs like “Ecce Pane Angelorum.”
We used to do that during Holy Week. One reason why some of the bystanders paid no attention in this case is that they probably didn’t even begin to realize what was going on.
Praise God that it is not illegal in the UK.
That would be the best form of adoration. Were you able to figure out in which country this event took place? Obviously English speaking.
Jesus is truly present everywhere.
He cannot be harmed when Eucharistically present some people ignore him and do no revere him.
He longs to be with even those who do not love Him.
His special presence in the city square touches and lifts those who have been missing him for years.

It’s in the title card on the video. I Googled “preston england” and on the Wiki article I found the photo of the shopping center, showing right where it took place.
Actually, we did it here in Montpelier, the Capital of Vermont, for a few years. Around the block and down Main Street along the way. The place could certainly use a little exposure to something other than hippies and moonshots.
I’m not sure why it was dropped. Different choir director, and we have gone down from three priests in our church to one, as the younger ones have been sent elsewhere.
We do still have full dress Knights of Columbus, who show up for Holy Week with their full dress, hats and swords.
Hello neighbor! I did not realize you were just across the border. Have you been watching the History Channel program - 'How the States Got their Shape'? On a recent program, they posted a list of 4 states (including VT) and posed the question - "which state is the least religious?" I had to step away for a few minutes and missed the response. So, how is the state of religion in VT?
I think there have always been problems with religion in Vermont.
We do have some old churches in the neighborhood, but they were nondenominational and somewhat weak, from what I have heard.
The Catholic Church in Montepelier appears to have undergone the usual renovations after Vatican II, although there are still beautiful stained glass windows. The people who attend Mass all appear to be strong Catholics—I suppose the others were mostly driven out in the 60s and 70s. I’ve only been in Vermont for 11 years myself.
One source of Catholicism in Vermont, of course, was the French Canadians who lived her. The rest of the population mostly came up from Massachusetts because they couldn’t stand the Puritan atmosphere and wanted a little freedom.
We had a Catholic school, but it closed down last year due to financial problems, and the students were merged into another school in a neighboring town. The current bishop appears to be sound, but I suspect there were problems with the previous one.
Simple in Beauty. Needs to be done here in US.

Chicago They have processions around the city streets,and
the choir did a flash mob scene downtown to honor a prominent parishoner. Great stuff. Right now the Choir is in Krakow, Poland singing at the cathedral.

A Eucharistic Flash Mob. Somehow the ideas seem inconsistent.
My mother is a parish council member at the co-Cathedral. She is trying to get Bishop Matano to agree to a Eucharistic procession down Church St. in Burlington.
We'll do a procession tomorrow, but we just go up the block and back. A few people come out of their houses to pay their respects.
