When someone is determined to believe something they have made up, there is no point in discussing anything.
Anyone else, feel free to get some REAL information about what it is, what it means, what the ramifications are, and whether the statements here are accurate. Or not.
I understand catholics position on this. But the facts still remain that there is a serious problem within the leadership of the catholic church not acting strongly enough against these criminals, and the membership too afraid to step up and demand it. Though some inroads have been made it is still not enough to bring justice and rid the church of this stench. Perhaps it will simply require more time, but currently it has not satisfied those who want to see this completely out of the church once and for all.
