so EXTREMELY cheeky, stubborn, rebellious, ARROGANT . . . in brazenly rebelling against the RM’s rules, boundaries, limits, parameters . . . as several of the RC Rabid Clique types are SOOOOOOOOOO PERSISTENTLY PRONE to doing.
