Now why is it that Scripture is considered an argument? I didn’t bring Matthew into this, although you did. If it’s a sore point with you, prove to me, and I mean this in a reasonable, civil manner, why I shouldn’t believe what my Church teaches, and has for the last two thousand years. This isn’t an invitation to barrage me with quotes taken out of context. It is an honest request. And please, feel free to use freepmail, since we don’t want to hijack bibletruth’s post’s thread. I’m not insisting. I’m saying honest discourse beats the tar out of sarcasm. Bibletruth knows that while I disagree with him about religious Truth, that I respect him and will treat him civilly, even when we don’t see eye to eye. Either way, your call, FRiend.
