I’m looking for a revelation of the basis for this doctrine in the Holy Scriptures, but thus far to no avail.
But said scriptures do inform us that the divinity of Jesus, the Christ, the only begotten Son of God, emanates from and is embedded in his identity as a full participant in the Godhead, and in no wise is dependent on any attribute of any mortal being.

You didn’t look at all three sources on which the teachings of the Catholic Church is based: (1) Sacred Scripture, (2) Sacred Tradition, (3) Magisterium.
Try searching in (2) and (3).
Fine, whatever. Just don’t confuse the Immaculate Conception of Mary (conceived by natural means, but without original sin) with the Virgin Birth (conceived by divine means) of Jesus.
